Fixed the honest way,
flat rate.
One flat labour rate — not an hourly clock. We diagnose most issues over the phone before we ever charge you for a visit, and we tell you straight when a repair isn't worth it.
How a repair actually goes
01You call us
Tell us the appliance type, roughly how old it is, and — if you have it — the model or serial number. That's usually enough for us to start figuring out what's wrong.
02We try to solve it on the spot
A lot of issues get sorted right there on the phone — no visit, no charge. If that's not possible, we move to step three.
03A technician comes to you
$75 inspectionWe diagnose the appliance in person. This is where the $75 inspection fee applies — and if you go ahead with the repair, it's built into the $150 flat labour rate, not charged on top of it.
04We check your warranty first
Before quoting anything, we check whether your appliance is still covered. If it is, we'll tell you — no reason to pay us for something the manufacturer already owes you.
05You get a straight answer
Worth fixing, or not? Appliances over ten years old often have parts that are hard or impossible to source. If that's the case, we'll say so plainly instead of running up a bill chasing a dead end.
06Nothing's charged until you say go
Once you confirm the repair, we get to work — same day or next day if the part's in stock. If we need to order it, plan for four to six weeks.
07Pay when the job's done
In-shop, e-transfer, or cash — whatever's easiest for you.

Why flat rate matters
A job that takes two hours costs the same $150 with us as one that takes twenty minutes. With an hourly shop, the clock is the thing working against you.
Same or next-day
If the part's already in stock, most repairs are completed same-day or the day after your visit.
4–6 weeks if we order parts
Some parts need to be special-ordered. We'll tell you upfront if your repair falls into that category, before you commit.
Pay however's easiest
In-shop, e-transfer, or cash — and only once the job is confirmed solvable, never upfront.
Repair service area
Closer locations get priority scheduling, but we travel across the region for the right job.
Not on the list? Call us — we'll tell you honestly whether the trip makes sense.
