01What we collect

When you place an order or send a request, we collect what we need to fulfil it: your name, email address, phone number, and — for deliveries — your address. If you create an account, we also store your order history against it.

We run simple, first-party analytics on our own systems: which pages are viewed and which products are popular. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

02Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the last four digits for your receipt.

Interac e-transfers are received to our payment inbox and matched to your order by its order number. Cash payments are taken in store.

03Email

We email you about your own orders: confirmations, receipts with invoices, delivery updates, and payment reminders. If you checked out as a guest, we may send one invitation to create an account. We do not send marketing email without your consent, and every non-transactional email includes a way out.

04The shop assistant

Messages you type or speak to the on-site assistant are processed by AI providers to generate a reply, and voice replies are generated by a speech provider. Conversations may reference our live inventory to answer you accurately. Don't share card numbers or passwords in chat — the assistant will never ask for them, and payment always happens on a secure payment page.

05How long we keep it

Order records are kept as required for accounting and warranty purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and any personal information not required by law — call or email and we'll take care of it.
